William S. Burroughs was born on February 5th, 1914 and died on August 2nd, 1997 at 83 years old in his hometown of Lawrence, Kansas. An icon of the Beat Generation, writer of Naked Lunch, Junkie, and other noted works. One who still makes others think into the future and in the now.
